KetoSnap AI: Carb Scanner is operated by Fuentes Digital Ventures LLC. The app works without an account, and you can permanently delete your data at any time from inside the app, as described below.

These instructions apply to the KetoSnap AI: Carb Scanner app on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play), operated by Fuentes Digital Ventures LLC.
How to Delete Your Account and Data
- Open the KetoSnap AI app on your device.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm when prompted. Your data is then permanently deleted.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Food photos you uploaded for scanning
- Your scan history and keto results (keto scores and macros)
- Pantry items you saved
- AI-generated recipes
- Your daily carbohydrate limit, measurement preference, and activity streak
- Your optional display name, if you set one
- In-app activity associated with your anonymous identity
What Data Is Retained, and for How Long
We may retain limited purchase and transaction records where required by law (for example, to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations). These records are held by the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription provider, and we never receive or store your payment card details. They are kept only for as long as the law requires.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled in your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. For more detail, see our Terms of Service.
